Ingredients

 

Turkey:

 

4oz Boneless Turkey Breast Roast

1 1/2 tablespoons garlic

1 tablespoon freshly chopped sage leaves

1 1/2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary leaves

1 teaspoon freshly chopped oregano leaves

1 teaspoon freshly chopped thyme leaves

3 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided

 

Glaze:

 

3 tablespoons of honey

12 onuces of diced apples

1/2 cup of maple syrup

3/4 cup apple juice

2 teaspoons white wine

3/4 cup of apple cider

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

 

Turkey:

Preheat the oven to 375 F and align a baking dish with aluminum foil.

 

In a bowl, add garlic, sage, rosemary, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and honey. Mix together with a small spoon to create a paste.

 

Using your hands and fingers, rub the turkey with the paste until the whole turkey is covered. Place the turkey in the prepared baking dish and roast for 1 hour and 5 minutes or, if using a thermometer, roast until the thermometer reads 165 F. Remove from oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving. Enjoy!

 

Glaze:

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low. Let simmer about 8 to 10 minutes. Reserve for turkey. Enjoy!
